Wednesday April 27th, 2005, Chef Ernie Louis passed away from complications of longterm illness.

Services were held Friday, April 29th at 6:00 p.m. at West Harpeth Funeral Home on Charlotte Pike.

Ernie was a long time member, former President and one of the co-founders of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the ACF.

Family requests no flowers sent please. Donations are requested for the Ernie Louis Scholarship Fund.
