The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the American Culinary Federation, (WE), take protecting YOUR privacy very seriously. The information below outlines the commitment WE have made to protect YOUR privacy.

  • We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site.

    3. We collect information on our Chapter Membership, as is appropriate to the administration and management of any trade association or artisans guild.

We collect this information only for site usage tracking, in order to enable us to monitor Web site traffic and usage patterns. We do this in order to continually enhance and improve the service WE offer. In this process, WE may collect IP addresses (which indicate the location of YOUR computer on the Internet) to ensure effective technical operations.

We collect Information specifically sent to us in e-mail correspondance. This information will be used by MTCACF as a mailing list contact for the promotion of our Chef's Association. This contact information will be removed with the reciept of any request to do so.

 

III. How we share information

Other than what is specified in this document, we do not rent, sell or trade YOUR personal or organizational information to others. We may provide aggregate statistics about sales, user traffic patterns, and other site information to third parties.

We reserve the right to use our membership information for our own Chapter communications and will on occasion, be the intermediary for commercial correspondance. However, we will never make personally identifiable information available for public use or release information into the public domain.
