Letter from the President
Mark Rubin

Being President of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Culinary Federation is an honor. I am going to do my best to serve the membership, be involved inthe Community Service and continue the fine job of our Past President Chef Michael Osborne. With the support of Chef Lisa Ramsey (Vice President), Chef Kim Davis (Treasurer), Chef Vince Tyler (Seceratry), and the other board members, we will work hard to provide great service to our members and have meaningful meetings.
The first meeting at Jackalope Brewery was well attended and enjoyed by all. I would like to thank the wonderful folks at Jackalope for thier hospitality.
In memory of Chef Dallas Parish, the next time there is a request for volunteering for a project at a monthly meeting, volunteer, commit yourself and work hard in honor of Chef Dallas Parish.
As for myself, I will dedicate this year of service as President of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Culinary Federation in Dallas's name. My friend Dallas as I type this, may I honor you and your accomplishments and many others do as well.
