February 24 & 25, 2012


Dear Chefs,

If you have any interest in becoming an ACE, or know anyone who is interested, we would be glad to have your participation.

Memphis will be hosing the ACE training February 24th and 25th, 2012 at L’ecole Culiniare. We are located right outside of Memphis, TN. The 24th will be the ACE Training and Review Process and then the 25th will be the Practical Exam portion.

Check back for the exact times for everything as we are expecting to get that information at the first of the year.    Any interested candidates, please call or contact me at the address below. I am happy to talk to you personally, and share all the information.
