Chef Paul Jensen has agreed to give us an overview of how a Chef prepares for competitions. Whether you are going for Hot Food Competitions, Cold Buffet, or Market Basket, there are things that you can do to enhance your chances.


Chef Kim Ingram promises a terrific evening. She has worked with US Foodservice, she is putting on some spread.
