Educational Segment: The good folks of Yazoo Brewery
will be conducting a tour of the brewery, and a talk on
the making of beer and the boutique beer business.

Recipe Contest with Yazoo Beer Entree/App...$200 prize Dessert... $200 prize Create an original recipe in either category using Yazoo Beer (Pale Ale or Dos Perros) - make a pan of it (100 tastes ) - bring your own plastic plate or napkin or toothpick. We will provide the judges and a bunch of hungry chefs, Yazoo will provide the beer. If you want to enter the contest - give us your name - you will be able to pick up a 6-pack of Yazoo Beer at their Tap Room. (Thursday 4-8PM, Friday 4-8PM, Saturday 2-8PM)
