Halperns' Steak and Seafood is a relative newcomer to the Nashville area would like to encourage all our members to visit your purveyors. Their Cut shops and plants are always open for the industry to view- and there is a standing invitation to our members to call when in Atlanta for a visit.

How to Create Value, Use and Create Value-added Products -Create value to your Guests and add Gross Profit
On fresh seafood - how to tell fresh - how to break a whole Tuna down to breadloaf loin portions with minimum waste - how to break a Marker Swordfish to quarter-loins. The virtues of wild vs farm raised - and the importance of sustainability.
On Fresh meats - value added cuts - Cap steaks - Spinellas - Cowboy Cuts and Cowgirl Cuts - Culottes - Shanks - Skirts - and new and popular cooking techniques.
The president of NimanRanch will be there and is bringing product for our palletes

The best entrance to use at the Sommet Center is the Door with the Black Canopy -5th Avenue private entrance- across from the Hilton Hotel.
Take the elevator up one floor to the Suite Level Club.

Driving Directions:
Coming to Sommet Center from West Tennessee on I-40

Follow Nashville signs and exit on Broadway (209B). Turn left on Broadway and Sommet Center will be on your right, between 6th and 5th Avenues.

Coming to Sommet Center from East Tennessee on I-40
Follow I-40, into downtown Nashville and exit on Broadway (209A). Turn right on Broadway and Sommet Center will be on your right, between 6th and 5th Avenues.

Coming to Sommet Center from the North on I-65
Follow I-65 South to I-40 West. When I-40 splits, take I-40 East to the right. Take the Broadway exit (209B). Turn left on Broadway and Sommet Center will be on your right, between 6th and 5th Avenues.

Coming to Sommet Center from the South on I-65
Stay North on I-65 to I-40 West towards Memphis, exit on Broadway (209A). Turn right and Sommet Center will be on your right between 6th and 5th Avenues.

Coming to Sommet Center from the East on I-24
Follow I-40 West towards Memphis. Exit on Broadway (209A). Turn right and Sommet Center will be on your right between 6th and 5th Avenues.

Coming to Sommet Center from the Northwest on I-24
Follow I-24 East to I-65 South to I-40 West. When I-40 splits, take I-40 East to the right. Take the Broadway exit (209B). Turn left on Broadway and Sommet Center will be on your right, between 6th and 5th Avenues.

Loading Dock is located at 6th Avenue and Clark Place.

Public parking is located North of Broadway in public lots.

Nancy Campbell has arranged with the First Baptist Church at 7th and Broadway for us to have free access to their safe, monitored parking lot. There will be someone to buzz you in and out.
