She calls herself the Produce Chick- This promises to be very entertaining and interesting.



Picture to the right is Coach Jeff Fisher, Chef Mark Rubin and Chef Michael DeGregory at the recent fundraiser; Cooking Wild with Jeff Fisher. Coach is helping plate up a Chantrelle and Wild Turkey Soup.

      Michael is Exec Chef and part owner of Mirror Restaurant at 2317 12th Ave S. Michael spent time cooking in Colorado, where wild mushrooms are plentiful and widely used in the local cuisine.

Our new Secretary, Chef Kim Ingram promises a terrific evening. She has worked with Overton Produce and with the help of Gordon Foods, she is putting on some spread.

Current reports are for Prime Rib and Alaskan Halibut

She's a Show-Off - hey, but we get a great time. See ya there.
