At the end of August, beginning of September, Hunters Lane had the exciting opportunity to play host to the International Pastry Team from Japan during the preliminary week before the finals. Chef Adams has a number of pictures and a DVD from the Competition that will be shown. Our Chapter played an important part in helping the competition through a number of our members hosting teams. Kim Ingram from the Barn had the Russian Team, Nashville State Community College had the Italian Team, The Art Institute had Team USA, and Rick Martinez at Overton High School had the Mexican Team, and Kimberly Davis at McGavock High School hosted a team.
