Chef/Establishment Participation Agreement 2007
Chef/Establishment to Provide:
· Create an Original Dessert using any Purity Ice Cream , prepare 4 portions
for photo and judging.
Provide a printed recipe of your dessert to the Chairperson
· Prepare and donate 500 “sample size portions” of the
Purity Ice Cream Dessert of their own creation.
· Attend the Event on Sunday and provide sufficient
professional
assistance
as
needed to prepare and serve their food,
and to clean up at the end of the event.
· Provide a creative display on 2-6-foot banquet table that represents
your establishment and
will add to the tasteful ambiance of the event.
Banners are welcome, no tape can be used
· Provide any equipment or serving pieces you need to accomplish
the serving of your dessert.
(Purity Dairy will donate the flavor
Ice cream of your choice, and will provide portion cups, plastic
spoons, and napkins for the event).
Event Sponsors Provide:
· Impartial Professional Judging of all entries with the awarding of 3 prizes:
1st Place being $300.00 cash for the Winning Chef
2nd Place is $100.00 cash plus prizes worth a total of $200.00
3rd Place $100.00 cash .
2 Additional Prizes judged by the Public will earn trophies:
* Best Table Display * Best of Show
· Ice Cream and disposable serving material for public dispensing.
(½ gal Ice Cream for
experimental purposes, and a 3 gal.
Container for the event provided by Purity)
· Public Relations to promote event in the form of print ads, flyers,
radio time on and
television time,
and other media outlets.
· Great venue with table, tablecloth and draping,
and freezer space.
We Provide a Tabletop Sign
for each participant to display. |
