| THE 2007 Southeastern Regional
The American Culinary Federation held
its Southeastern Regional Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, April 29-May 1, 2007 and
by all accounts, it was a very successful event. Here are some of the sights and sounds of Nashville, and the Music City Sheraton as we hosted 150 Chefs and Food Service professionals.

A tip of the Toque to the Music City Sheraton, who took on the dubious task of hosting 300 Chefs and food service personnel. Talk about a task with problem potential- 300 Chefs where nothing can be as good as they can do it.
To the staff and management - we thank you for all your service. The Hotel did an admirable job- exceptional indeed. |

This event which brought together nearly 250 of

industry representatives was packed with professional
development, networking, leading industry expertise and social
events.
