The kitchen facility is located at the Nashville State Community College at 120 White Bridge Rd. in Nashville. This kitchen is under the direction of Culinary Arts Instructors Tom Loftis, and Rick Martinez, CEC, CCE, CFE.

Many Thanks to Tom Loftis and Rick Martinez and the Nashville State Community College for their hospitality. The sutdents prepared a great spread of culinary diversity as a reception buffet for those attending. Again 100 Thanks.

This meeting was not an official Chapter meeting, in that the normal protocols were not followed. This meeting was specifically called to gather together the manpower for the SouthEastern Regional Conference that was to be held in two weeks. President Gary Rawson called the gathering to order and proceeded to pin down volunteers for times and activities at the conference. Melissa Linkinhoker was tasked with the volunteer organization and keeping track of who signed up for what.

There was a reasonable turnout and we were successful in getting most every position filled and all the details worked out. Special attention was paid to the transportation to and from the Culinary Competition at NSCC, and transportation to and from the WildHorse Saloon. More posters were handed out and pleas were made for help in participating in the WildHorse event.

It looks as though all of the preparations are going smoothly.
