Pumpkin Dessert Contest. - Bring 25 portions of your own pumpkin dessert creation and be judged by the attending members of the chapter - First Place is $250.00 cash money that you can put in your pocket. Judging done by ballot of those at the meeting criterion for judging should be based on 75%taste, 25% appearance.


Appetizers will be served at 5:45. The meeting will start at 6:00pm. Roma Italian Foods Distributor will sponsor the food portion of our meeting, and will have samples of product to view and to take home and try. David Edwards of Roma will give a 10-15 minute presentation on Roma's product line. Chef Caesar and Chef Vito will create the dinner portion of our meeting with a fabulous Italian Dinner buffet. There will also be a 15 minute educational on processed tomatoes from a representative from the Stanislaus tomato company. They will of course be trying to sell there product over the other brands, but it will be educational and informative.
