Details and rules of Culinary Competitions are well documented on the ACF's website. Our intention here does not include briefing on rules and proceedures for the regional team competitions. Rather, we just thought that it would be of interest for the teams to see the physical facility at which the competition is held.
The kitchen facility is located at the Nashville State Community College at 120 White Bridge Rd. in Nashville. This kitchen is under the direction of Culinary Arts Instructors Tom Loftis, and Rick Martinez, CEC, CCE, CFE.
