Gerry Ludwig - Rob Granberg

Gerry Ludwig, CEC Is the Corporate Chef for Gordon Food Service and the Host for the Presentation for the 2006 Menu Trends Program.

Chef Ludwig with help from Chef Robert Granberg, and Chef Jan Watts, will use this occasion to give us a rundown of his Tour of New York City restaurants. Gerry puts together an interesting survey of what represents the cutting edge of menu trends. He has hundreds of slides to illustrate his points, and the whole program promises to be fascinating.
